Friday 4/14: Still not working out--but don't let that stop you
It'd be nice to be able to breathe.

This morning I had a thought that this isn't a cold, but allergies. I think the blooming magnolia on campus was the give-away.

I will run tomorrow.

3. allergies
I sympathize; I had them something awful when I was younger. I'd be in class and my nose would be running - not pretty! Moving to Colorado from pollen-prone Iowa was the right cure. :-)

Anyway, I did Step & Intervals today.

5. I hope you feel better soon.
There's been a nasty upper respiratory thing going around here - I had it a couple of weeks ago. :(

I actually worked out for two hours today. First I went in and did the elliptical and bike for about 30 minutes, plus some biceps/triceps and squats, rowing and some stretching.

Then I just got back from a yoga class. :)
