I slept in this morning, so I'm planning on going for a jog later today.

What do you folks propose for your physical well-being today?

1. I was out amongst them, went on a 45 min bicycle ride early,
then to the gym for leg work on the machines.

Then I did some chest presses, triceps, squats, bicep curls and a little kettleball stuff (man, that is hard...)
