Wednesday, April 26th: I worked out today. Did you?
I got up this morning and swam a mile. I felt mostly strong during it. Lungs are good.

3. Learned about gripping a couple of weeks ago, now what is
bouldering? I think your workouts sound more interesting than mine.

4. A type of climbing
Bouldering is unroped climbing on low 6-15ft walls/rocks. A boulder route, normally called a boulder problem, is short and much more difficult that a normal roped climb.
The only gear needed is shoes, chalk, and a crashpad(large foam pad) when climbing outdoors.
Picture of me bouldering

The tags on the rock are because this was a competition and each problem had a point value.

This is the bouldering area at the gym I go to

2. Yes, I did.
Woke up at 3 am, wasn't sleepy, so I did dumbbell flat bench press, concentration curls, and hammer curls. At 7 am, did a 9 mile bike ride, and then went to the gym for leg work on the machines.

I enjoyed the early workout, think I'll keep it in mind for other mornings when I wake up early.
