Tuesday, 5/2: I worked out today--did you?
:hi: Hi gang!

This morning, I did a leg and lower back workout in the weight room, and then I spent 35 minutes on the elliptical machine.

I'm trying to get back to my morning routine. I really don't like afternoon workouts.

13 mile early morning bicycle ride, gym for leg, abs, and back work on machines.

5. Back on the road after a week on a heating pad
Picked up my 3 year old grandson without bending at the knees and caused a back spasm I've been living with for 30 years.

ran 4, 5, 4 and 4 miles the since Saturday.

6. An hour of Pilates today.
Finally got back to working out after about five days off after some root canal/oral surgery complications. x(
