Hi gang :hi:
Today, I jogged 2 miles (I had a hard time getting in the whole 2 miles, my hip started acting up--bursitis) and then I did an abdominal workout in the strength equipment room.
I really need to keep getting up in the a.m. and get the workout done first thing. It seems when all else is weird w/ the world, if I can keep up this routine, I feel sane.

Upper body workout in the gym - machines and free weights. Did not go for morning ride today because of rain.
I have no problem going for a bicycle ride in the early morning (just after sunrise), but I cannot do a workout with weights that early. I'm awake, reasonably alert, but just can't get it done. I've tried it with and without warm ups, before and after a bicycle ride, after coffee (nothing happens before coffee), at home and in the gym. I go to bed by 10 every night, so I get enough rest. It's just that the weights just won't happen for me before about 9 AM. Is it a mind thing, do you suppose?
