Monday 5/15: I worked out today--did you? |

:hi: hi gang!
Well, ok then. Up extra early so that I could get my workout in before the exam I had to proctor. Interestingly enough, I broke my glasses at the gym and cannot see beyond my nose.
I did manage to get the workout in. Someone else took over my proctoring duties (it helps to be able to see the clock).
So, after warming up, I did my upper body workout in the strength equipment room, and then I went into the cardio room and did 15 minutes on the StairMaster and 25 minutes on the elliptical (interval program).
I hope this isn't riddled with typos. I truly can't see.
How did you folks make out today?

I had two stints put into a couple of artiries (sp) right after Easter and have not had permission to go back to the weights. Been walking however, and lost about 10 pounds. It also helps to eat better!
