Tuesday, 5/30: I worked out today--did you?
Hi gang :hi:

Back to my regular gym workout today. I did a leg and lower back workout, and then I did 30 minutes on the elliptical.

How 'bout you?

2. Hi! We're back from our little vacation
not too worse off. I didn't watch my diet, but got some jogging, bike riding, and a whole lot of walking in. It was so nice to get out of Phoenix for a while!

Did 20 minutes on the stationary bike today.

3. Yes, I did.
Arms, shoulders, and back in the gym. Now I'm going to my sisters house, on my bicycle - an 8 1/2 mile round trip.
