Saturday, June 10th -- I worked out today, did you? |

I couldn't help it--I noticed no one has started a thread for today, so I had to do it!
Saturday is my cardio only day--I did 25 mins on the elliptical on the cross-training aerobics mode. Normally I would do HIIT on Saturdays, but I wanted to try something a little different.
Tomorrow is lower body--hoping to add 5-10 lbs to my squat!

I don't post here all the time, but I like to pop in and see what everyone is doing :).
Skipped today, went to the bike path instead with hubby and daughter for a nice 3-4 mile walk, half of which I carried our 2-yr old on my shoulders--it was good :).
