Elliptical again - 40 minutes, 270 calories burned. I'm pooped.

2. No workouts for me for a few days. Ms usnret88 wrecked her
49 cc motorscooter at approx 25 mph, is in I.C.U. 65 miles away, so I'm spending all my time there or on the road back and forth during visiting hours.

3. 30 minutes strength, 30 minutes on treadmill
this is the second week with weights after a year off due to carpel tunnel syndrome and surgery.

7. thanks. one surgery last may and the second in november
takes a while to get a good grip back.
