49 cc motorscooter at approx 25 mph, is in I.C.U. 65 miles away, so I'm spending all my time there or on the road back and forth during visiting hours.

Standing Smith machine calf raises 65x10x2 85x10x2 105x8x2
Cable sidebends 40x10x2 50x8x1
Bench crunches 10x2 15x2
Reverse bench crunches 10x2, 8x1
Good workout--hitting other leg exercises later in the week.
