I'm looking for a downloadable data base on nutritional value of foods....
the standard stuff really:
Total Fat total Saturated Cholesteral Calories Sodium
all the stuff you'd find on a food label....
anybdoy know where I can find one?

they have a free website or you can purchase the software for your PC. i don't know if it's downloadable or if they send you a CD.
