Friday, 6/23: Yet another afternoon workout for me--what about you? |

I hate that I'm having such a hard time falling asleep, and therefore a hard time waking up in the a.m., but I am being good about getting to the gym after work, so thus far my workouts are unaffected.
Yesterday I did a leg and lower back workout in the weight room, and then 15 minutes on the StairMaster and 30 minutes on the elliptical.
Today, I think it's an ab day again. I'll do that, as well as some cardio (if I'm not jogging, I never know what cardio I'll do until I actually do it).
What's up w/ you folks?

bb shrugs 4 sets of 10 rear bb shrugs 4 sets of 12
ab work
good workout

4. No workouts for the last 2 weeks. Have been driving to/from |

Gainesville daily - I come home in late afternoon to tend to pets, one or another daughter takes over for me. Wife now in Shand's Rehab Hosp following motor scooter wreck on June 11. Head trauma, broken rt collarbone, broken lt wrist, 5 ribs cracked in 9 places, cracked rt cheekbone, multiple scrapes/bruises/abrasions. All this at under 25 mph. Helmet saved her life. Please wear one
