For anybody that doesn't have time to workout: We now have a Groundhog Day situation in the Exercise and Fitness thread. If you keep working out on the 27th, you're going to be in great shape when we get to the 28th! ;)

7. Yes, sir, I did. Chest, shoulders, legs and abs today.
I'm glad I did, since my gym is closing the weight room/cardio area this weekend...they're painting the ceiling this weekend, apparently. I'm glad I got this workout in today. :-)

8. Yep, this was my first Friday doing Bill Starr 5x5...
It was awesome--hard, but awesome.

Squats
55x5
65x5
75x5
85x5
100x3
75x8

Bench
45x5
50x5
55x5
60x5
70x3
55x8

Barbell rows (w/ EZ bar, and these were way too light, but that's a long story)
25x5
30x5
35x5
40x5
50x3
35x8

Accessory lifts
Barbell curls 35x8x3
Skullcrushers w/ EZ bar 25x8x3

I know the rep schemes might look a little nutty, but Friday is the third lifting day of the week, and the idea is to increase the weight you were able to lift for 5 reps on Monday in the 3 rep set. So, I squatted 95 for 5 reps on Monday, so I went for 100 for 3 on Friday. Then I do 100 for 5 on Monday. It sounds complicated, but so far so really good.
