Thursday, 7/6: Another afternoon workout for me today--and you? |

It's ab day for sure.
And I'm hoping that the humidity drops enough for me to get a run outdoors. (If not, I may run indoors--I want to get my mileage up. I thinking of running a 10K this fall.)
