Monday, 7/10: I worked out today--did you?
Hi gang :hi:

This morning I did a hard upper-body workout, and then spent 45 minutes on the elliptical machine.

1. I did kick boxing, pilates & yoga.
Tomorrow I am getting back to weight lifting.

5. yoga
late in the day. trying out some new postures for evening. this is good, since if i don't do it early, i usually don't do it.
