Thursday, July 13: I worked out today. Did you?
I swam a strong and (for me) fast mile-and-a-quarter this morning, even though I had a late night last night. I'm waiting to see how I fare through the afternoon.

1. We're going this afternoon. I was amazed to discover how
sore I was this morning following my first day with a light workout after a month off. The body (especially an old one) certainly does strange things. In my mind I'm still 30 something. Now, I can make a another new workout plan, using lighter weights, and soon get back to where I was in early June. No worries!

2. I did kick boxing, pilates & yoga this morning.
I added this circle thingy that you hold between your legs while you do your pilates' mat work. It really makes a difference. I can feel it in my abs & my legs.

7. Oh, I don't do those
I mostly work out on the machines (Reformer, Cadillac) and since my wrist is in a splint, I can manage. It's actually good, because I want to keep moving my arm. I was in a car accident and really banged up my right arm pretty good, so the movement feels pretty good.

Hopefully I'll be back to plank, etc., in a few weeks (hopefully). :D

8. I did, yes
This afternoon I did a leg and lower back workout in the weight room and then I did 20 minutes on the StairMaster and 15 minutes on the indoor rower.

:hi:
