Friday, September 15th: I didn't work out today. Did you?
Had to do something to bump that other thread down.

Got up to late and disorganized to do anything. The good news is that I got my rebuilt wheel back in time to ride this weekend. I was able to find some NOS to I can keep my bike in original condition.

3. Weights, a bit of cardio.
A friend wanted me to show her my special, patented rock climber gym work out. What I got out of that, personal training is harder than it looks. I know how to *do* all the exercises, and with good form too, but *telling* someone else how to do them, that is a different story.
