Newbie here. (And I worked out today, too!)
My wife and I bought an elliptical trainer a month ago. We're doing an hour each nearly every day, never skipping more than one day.

Thought I'd say :hi: and solicit any advice/experience/etc.

2. Welcome, the only advice I would say is to keep switching
it up and keep the body guessing. Say if you're doing 45 minutes on a certain level, change it up every now and them with HIIT training called High Intensity Interval Training. The big thing is just to keep doing it though. You've made the biggest step, which is to start. Good luck.
