I had a real strong swim workout this morning. I covered a mile and a half at a good pace.

I'm starting a new routing to emphasize my arms. I pulled it from Muscle and Fitness magazine. Generally I don't like the routines listed in there but this one looked solid.
First day Week one Triceps: Seated overhead DB extension 3x6 Overhead cable extension 3x6 Reverse grip Pressdown 3x6 DB kickback 3x6
Forearms: BB wrist curl 3x15 Rev BB curl 3x15 Alt Hammer curls 3x15 Rev BB wrist curls 3x15 (these really burn)
Abs:
Weighted Crunches 3x25
I've been pretty bad about neglecting my forearms and I paid for it in this workout. It BURNS like fire and I'll probably be in alot of pain in the morning. Time to make up for being lazy.
