Wednesday, 1/3: I worked out today--did you? |

I jogged 2+ miles and walked another .8 (I'll explain these numbers shortly).
I also did a short ab workout.
When I first started running the indoor track at my gym, the person behind the front desk told me that 10 laps = 1 mile.
I learned this morning that 9 laps = 1 mile.
It turns out I've been running further than I thought all this time (well, when I've been on the track anyway).
How was your workout today?

Legs and cardio
Leg extensions 3 x 12 Squats 4 x 6 hack squats 3 x 12
Seated calf raises 4 x 12 Leg press calf raises 4 x 15 went heavy on these (I'll probably regret it later)
Leg curls 3 x 8
10 minutes recumbent bike.

AM - did some yoga.
PM - 5 miles on the bike rollers. Stopping every mile to do 10 presses with the kettlebells.
