Took it easy on the back, after trying to do too much on the chest. It was a decent workout and I know I'll be back to heavier weights soon. Did 30 mins on the bike. My chest is a bit sore this morning and my quads are still sore from Monday, but since I do cardio, that's a given.
I have to say that I would never have thought that stopping for 2 months would have made me this "weak". I've heard that some will take a month off and return and I can see why. I'm looking forward to the beginning of next month when I hope I'm back to my old self. If I do that again, it'll just be one month.

I swam a mile this morning but I find I need to work a little harder to reach my target heart rate. That's an indication of progress, though. :)
