Thursday, 1/11: I worked out today--did you?
Deadlifts up to 205.
I'll get on the bike rollers tonight and do 5 miles.

1. I was good, I went to hot yoga this morning.
My 75th class! And I forgot to eat dinner last night, so I nearly passed out halfway through and had to spend half the class in savasana. :rofl: Oh well, live and learn, tomorrow is another day. I am greatly encouraged by how much better my back is. I think I'll give it a few more days and another massage and then kick it up a notch.

3. I did shoulders today ...
I did the back yesterday and didn't have any back soreness. But my pecs, the area connecting to the shoulders, are in pain right now. Go figure. Finished with 30 mins walking on the treadmill, quads still bothering me from the beginning of the week.
