Tuesday, 1/16: I worked out today--did you?
Good morning :hi:



I did 40 minutes on the elliptical (x-country program)

and then a quick leg routine in the weight room.



How did you all do?

1. I swam yesterday afternoon.
I was off and was stripping and sanding woodwork so it felt really great to get into the pool. :hi:

3. I did!
I walked a mile on the treadmill, fairly slowly, then 1/4 mile I think on the same thing you're talking about (legs go up and down, arms go back and forth?), then some arm and leg weight machines.

I can only work with 10 pounds for all the upper body stuff and can barely get through that. :(

Also, this is my day #1 of not smoking (again!). :hi:
