Yesterday I overdid the climbing...
My legs (bruise aside) feel better, but my arms are still sore.

Should I continue to refrain from exercising until the soreness sensation is gone?

Thanks!

1. Rock climbing?
You should probably give it a day of rest and then do a light workout.

3. Hi HT!
in my experience, it's good to do some light exercising, like an easy walk, after a strenuous workout to keep the muscles from getting too tight.

I went skiing a couple of weekends ago (only my 2nd time) and I was incredibly sore for 4 days! I only fell once, but I was so stressed, my muscles were in a perpetual state of tension, hence the long-lasting soreness.

:hi:
