Weekend workout thread - 2/10 & 2/11 : Did you work out? |

I did. I've been losing weight since the beginning of the year now I can fit in my old pants so I'll stop cutting and concentrate on strength training until early summer. I'll try to eat more but cleaner compared to my last bulk where I put on too much bodyfat.
Chest and bis today - that's right bench and curls for the girls ;-)
Flat Bench Presses: 8 x 12, 10, 8, 5, 3, 2, 1, 12 (first two are warm up sets) topped at 201, I know it sucks but I've lost some strength since cutting calories on my cut
EZ Bar curls: 4 x 8

2 miles in 6 years on Saturday... and again Sunday. My time sucked but I am proud of myself!!
