I haven't been to the gym in over 2 weeks.

It's a long story, but my gym habits have been totally screwed up for the past few months. 2 weeks ago today, I had surgery, so today it my first day back.

I'm not going to do much, but I'm getting back in there.

Time to go!

you know you'll be sore for a week after a long layoff but it's worth it.

2. I don't think I'll be sore --

all I did was walk on a treadmill for 13.5 minutes lol. I have a habit of doing too much too soon when I shouldn't so I am really trying to hold back and be careful for a couple more weeks.
