My back is feeling better today, so I hit my shoulders hard.
One arm DB lateral 2 x 8 per arm BB Upright rows 4 x 10, 8, 6 Military Press 3 x 8, 8, 6 Seated Lateral Raise 2 x 8 with one drop per set Shrug Hammer Strength machine 3 x 6, 6, 6 these went heavy DB presses 3 x 8
10 minutes on treadmill I felt great today, my back is still a little tight but it doesn't hurt anymore, which is nice.

Feeling good and lightly sore. I did 4 sets of Zanes; used a light weight, but it felt good. Gonna try to rotate that more into the routine.
