Wednesday, February 14th: I worked out today. Did you? |

Did my back, abs and 15 mins on bike, then 15 mins on the treadmill.
My gym is going to start offering spinning classes - they have the bikes set up in the room, so it's a done deal - Monday Wednesday and Friday at 530am. I do legs Monday, so that's out. But Wednesday and Friday I'm gonna do.
If you never done spinning before, you gotta try it.

I did 45 min. on the elliptical. I had to take a couple months off due to eye surgery and I'm having a hard time getting back into the routine. Gotta keep plugging away.
