1. Yes,
just a 15-minute lower body cardio sculpting workout. I was going to run but my legs are tired today.

2. I did!
Hi, this is either my first time on this forum, or at least the first time in a LONG time. I'm looking to get back into shape. I just got a second job which came with a chance to join their excellent fitness center CHEAP! I went for the second time today. I did my upper body on the weight machines for about 25 minutes, 2-3 sets of 10, pretty low weights to start out, then 2 miles walking on the tradmill between 3 and 4 mph, varying between fast at low elevation and slower at high elevation.

I HATE trying to jog on the treadmill. I won't do it. But when I go on the seawall, we usually do two miles with intervals of jogging... walk 5, jog 2. I am hoping to be able to jog a mile straight in a couple weeks, but that may be too ambitious!

I plan to work out 5 days a week, depending on how many nights I work my second job.
