1. I can and I can go full range of motion, unlike robertson

His range of motion was only like 2"

Besides, leg press is a weinie exercise anyway, behind the back barbell squats are the real leg and body exercise

5. You are pardoned ...
I was told it was called that because it was popularized by Frank Zane. I can't find a pix online, so I'll describe it best I can.

It has two curved braces with pads that you rest on your shoulders. On both sides sticking out are a bar for plates. It has a stand to hold it, as well as a place on the stand for the user to hold on. You put the plates on, then put your shoulders into the braces and stand up. You then grab onto the stand and do traditional squats.

6. Okay, I think I've seen pictures promoting the machine
for it. Neither gym I've been to have a machine like that. Frank Zane it still one of my favorite bodybuilders.

7. It's really cool ...
The weight is more centered and you don't need pads for the back of the neck. Imagine doing squats with large bags of feed on each shoulder. That's what it's like.

Today's was my leg day but I didn't use it - will next week.
