Thursday, 3/1: I worked out today--did you?
45 minutes on the elliptical. I was going to do a short ab workout, but all the mats were full, so I just left.

I'm hearing it's going to be 50 and sunny on Saturday. To me, that just SCREAMS for an outdoor run.

How'd you all do today?

Shoulders - felt good, but bursitis started to kick in towards end
Abs - good burn
Cardio - 35 mins on elliptical stepper; gleuteau 2 program

2. Yes,
I did the lower body cardio sculpting tape and the Lotte Berk Muscle Eats Fat tape. I was going to run, but I am going to take a break today and run tomorrow. I have a migraine.
