I walked two miles at Duke Gardens and also did the terrace gardens steps... twice! :woohoo:
If I feel like it, this evening I will also do a 15 min run on the treadmill. We'll see. But that would be a bonus.

Pretending to find a reason why but I have noted improvements. And I gotta get the weight off due to lower back and nerve damage problems.
