Yay I can tomorrow off!!
I did 50 minutes on the treadmill at an 8% incline at 4mph. Damn hips better start getting smaller!! Shakes Fist in air!

I took today as a rest day. Tomorrow I plan on running. I hear you about the hips. Just like that saying, "Once on the lips, forever on the hips."

20 minutes on the elliptical, then dumbell shoulder workout and pushups
Sunday I did 20 mintues on the elliptical, a short walk in the neighborhood
