1. Mile and a half swim this morning |

After a hard and lousy swim Saturday, this week has been dreamy. I'm a swimming machine. I've been enjoying my cybex workouts I recently started. So different from my usual long cardio workouts.

my thighs are unhappy with me about yesterday's run. It was great to run again, but starting at a distance of 5K was not a very good idea.
(Had I been smart and done just 2 miles, I would probably be working out again today.... a lesson in "start off slowly and don't hurt yourself")
