Shoulder and calf day for me
Military presses 4 x 8 DB laterals 3 x 8 Seated front raises DB 3 x 8 Incline facedown db upright rows 3 x 8 BB upright rows 3 x 8
decline weighted crunches 3 x 15
Leg press calf raises 4 x 12 Seated calf raises 4 x 12
Shrugs 3 x 8
Great workout felt strong and energetic
