Thursday, 4/26: I worked out today--did you? |

Good morning gang! :hi:
This morning I did 35 minutes on the elliptical and then did a arm and upper-body workout in the weight room.
Foot feels pretty good. 95% I'd say.
How'd you all do?

Barbell Shrugs 4 x 12, 10, 10, 8 Upright Rows 4 x 10, 10, 10, 8
Pullups 3 x failure Bent barbell rows 4 x 12, 10, 10, 8 T-bar rows 3 x 10, 10, 8
Long brutal workout in the garage again wonderful weather
Did a little jump rope at the end, trying to get the hang of it again. I'm finding out just how uncoordinated I am.
