A little clutter can be a good thing.
Who keeps a workout log? I do & I discovered what a difference it makes! About 4 weeks ago I organized my home office area & put my workout log in a binder on a shelf & guess what? I hardly look at it. Having that log of my progress on the desktop beside me, even if it wasn't on the top of the pile, was very motivating in a strange sort of way. As I fill in my log from little stickie notes I have accumulated over the past 4 weeks, April is the worst consistency month I've had since I started exercising last September. And, I gained back 6 pounds. :grr:

Soooooo, the workout log is out of the binder & back on my desk & I am determined to do much better in May.

Yesterday I did a 30 minute step workout & today I walked 3 miles.

1. Good idea, thanks!
I'm battling clutter but in this case, if it works, it stays.
