Monday 4/30 Workout- How'd you do?

Monday 4/30 Workout- How'd you do?

I walked 2 miles in the gardens w/ steps. Got a $20 parking ticket though for not feeding the meter in time. :P I listened to my new cardio mix I put together on my iPod and also used the meditation podcast to cool down. Lovely! :D

I'm not certain, but I think my time was better today than it has been. I've been clocking about 30min/mile. I think today it was more like 20min/mile.

1. Legs and abs today
Squats 4 x 12, 10, 8, 6
Leg press 4 x 12, 10, 8, 6
Leg extensions 3 x 12, 10, 10

Crunches 4 x 20 decline bench reverse crunches

Brutal workout.

I seem to respond to higher volume unfortunately, but I am seeing results.

3. I guess you could say that
I don't compete or anything it's more of a hobby. I do tend to eat like one too, which isn't sexy but it gets the results I want.

Last I heard, campus police said they didn't check that lot, that basically you were just making a donation to the gardens. This I got from CP when he was making rounds one day. I have done at the donation box on a monthly basis, rather than at the parking lot.
