Hi gang :hi:
Despite my knee giving me trouble (I'm beginning to run out of body parts that AREN'T bothering me) I did 45 minutes on the elliptical machine and then a mini-ab work out.
I've got ice on my knee.
Somone messed with the thermostat for the water heater at the gym. That won't do. Showers must be piping hot.

The hill I walk up & down has dozens of lilac bushes & they are in full bloom. The past couple of days have been a delight! Colder, wetter weather predicted for tomorrow.
