I did 45 minutes on th elliptical and then did an upper-body workout in the weight room.

Skullcrushers 3 x 10,8,8
close grip bench press 2 x 10, 8

BB curls 3 x 10, 8, 8
One arm DB preacher curls 3 x 10, 8, 8
seated db hammer curls 2 x 10,8

decline crunches

2. I was a total slackard this weekend. I didn't do a damned thing.
This morning I did a full body weights workout. Tonight, I'll do one of my shorter step tapes.
