Today, I had to work late. So, I was unable to exercise. Haven't even gotten a chance to eat dinner yet.
This job is going to kill me.

2. Slowly getting back on track |

after a trip abroad, a nasty respiratory illness, and the fires. Tonight I returned to swimming and did pretty well despite 3 weeks off.

I did an accumulated 20 minutes of the elliptical (getting the gauge into the yellow and red sections) and then doing 60 barbell lifts (80lb set) and 2 reps of shoulder/trap exercises.)
Tomorrow AM I will repeat the procedure, and on Friday do it in the AM and PM...
Then extend the time.
I'm going to get fit and beat the crowds.
Eh, not literally - I'm tired of looking like I fit in with the crowds, I look good in a suit, and I'm going to look even better in the suit - nixing the belly so people can see only one distinctive bulge. :evilgrin:
