I just focused on Not Stopping, just saying Forward Motion to myself, and lo! before I knew it, I was back at the starting point :shrug: Craziness.

Isn't it hard running down hills? Obviously, it's harder aerobically to go up, but I've always felt my knees hated running down even more.
