First time I ever did that! And it was easy! Gradual mileage increase does work!

2. Wow, was I wrecked yesterday though.
Snuck up on me--I slept 12 hours straight. I went swimming Sunday and Monday and made Hanukkah dinner and it was all a bit too much, I guess.
