Back to the gym this morning after a hiatus that was too long. I rode the recumbant bike for 30 minutes. I would have done more, but I did something to my knee while shoveling yesterday, and it's too sore to put too much pressure on it.
How about you folks?

Triceps, Biceps, Deltoids, Forearms 3 exercises for 3 sets for each muscle group. Super setted everything to keep it under 45 minutes 20 minutes abdominal work and a 6 mile run later on in the day at a moderate pace (8:02 minute miles)
Plus some snow shoveling and stuff if you count bogus daily chores and stuff.
Legs tommorow, that's gonna be tough. Front squats, Regular Squats, Jump Squats, Deadlifts, Lunges, Hyperextensions, calf work, and 20 minutes HIIT on the stationary bike.
