Lower body.
How cold is cold? I have a ski mask for those ultra cold runs, usually only needed for my nose when there's high winds since gloves and hat usually suffice.

In my defense, I will say my hair was wet and I'd spent a little longer standing on a cold outdoor pool deck than I should've.

5. After four days off I had a good one today |

50 min on the stairmaster, program 9, levels 8 & 7. 820 calories burned. Whew! 700 abs (15 min) upper body weight training (30 min)
:woohoo:
sometimes REST is just as important as work-out time. :D

1 hour of weights is serious stuff. I've been training in the gym T & Th mornings and man do I feel it.
