16.5 mile bike ride (1:20 min)w/ 1600 ft total elevation gain. upper body weight training (30 min) 700 abs (15 min.)
I'm in my 6th week of working out 3-5x/wk, so I'm really starting to see some muscle definition in my arms, which makes me happy! :bounce:
BUT....I was tired and slooow today. I'm still recovering from Saturday's 5 hr ride. Whew.
