3. My workout:
16.5 mile bike ride (1:20 min)w/ 1600 ft total elevation gain.
upper body weight training (30 min)
700 abs (15 min.)

I'm in my 6th week of working out 3-5x/wk, so I'm really starting to see some muscle definition in my arms, which makes me happy! :bounce:

BUT....I was tired and slooow today. I'm still recovering from Saturday's 5 hr ride. Whew.

4. 1600 ft elevation gain? OOOF!
My runs have 200F elevation gains and I think that's a big deal!

6. The usual for Mondays and Thursdays.
30 minutes of weights for back and biceps, 33 minutes on the elliptical.
