Wednesday 3/5/2008 Rest day
I rested today since I had insomnia last night. x(

Wound up taking a lovely 2 hour nap in the late afternoon. :-)

1. I took a nap this afternoon too, but
I got up at 6 am to go to physical therapy. That's after staying up to 1am to watch primary coverage.

20 minutes lifecycle
And then a bunch of different agility drills including lunges and squats.

And in the afternoon I practiced pitching for 45 minutes.

Also got my taekwondo uniform out of storage. Thinking about going back.

30 min upper body weights

4. I do sets of 50 different style ab crunches, working upper and lower
I have a whole regular floor routine that I do. I'm not a big one for the machines, but occasionally I'll use 'em at the gym, just to mix it up a bit.

5. What a coincidence
I decided to sleep in Wednesday. I deserve it, I haven't missed a day in almost 2 weeks.
