Monday, 1/5/09: I worked out today--did you? |

I did half an hour on the elliptical and then some stretches. I'm starting out slowly, and for the most part, just concentrating on getting myself to the gym every day and staying in motion for half an hour.
After a couple of weeks, I'll build on that.
What are you folks up to?

Did 1 hour on the elliptical. I measured my waist, hips and thighs for the first time since the holidays
and the numbers were the highest in my life. Gack! Maybe keeping those numbers in my mind will keep me
out of fast food drive thru lanes.

50 minutes on the elliptical at intermediate level
another 40 minutes of upper body weights and circuits.
