I did!

30 minutes on the elliptical, 45 minutes doing weights.

1. I skipped today
It was cold, rainy, and dark grey here today. It felt like a SAD episode. :-( I've stayed in watching LoTR all afternoon. :P

But I consider myself doing well to do 4x/week.
