Thursday, 03/26/2009 - Daily Workout
Whew! I felt so much better today after yesterday. I hope, hope, hope, I have seen the backside (ha ha) of that food poisoning/stomach flu thing I have struggled with this week. Blech.


Today's tally:

Upper and lower body weights

1 hour elliptical

1. 45 minutes of cardio
Had to cut it a little short to get to work on time. :)
