Any ideas for 30 min aerobic workout with out running or walking?

Any ideas for 30 min aerobic workout with out running or walking?
I walk 2 miles a day but would like to alternate with a good aerobic workout in the house not requiring major machinery.

1. Rowing maybe?
I don't know how aerobic that is, but I think it's good for a total body workout. You can probably use one at the Y for a reasonable membership fee, but buying one could prove costly.

These workouts are part of the website for Drs Oz and Roizen. They are 20 minutes, but I don't see why you couldn't work up to 30 minutes.

3. Thank you. I appreciate the video. I have the "You on a Diet" book and currently do some of those
stretches. But was looking for something a little more aerobic. But didnt want to buy equipment. Step aerobics looks like it'd work.

4. Rope skipping
Get yourself a nice weighted jump rope and have at it. Be sure to wear some shoes with good cushioning.
