Any ideas for 30 min aerobic workout with out running or walking? |

I walk 2 miles a day but would like to alternate with a good aerobic workout in the house not requiring major machinery. thanks

I don't know how aerobic that is, but I think it's good for a total body workout. You can probably use one at the Y for a reasonable membership fee, but buying one could prove costly.

stretches. But was looking for something a little more aerobic. But didnt want to buy equipment. Step aerobics looks like it'd work.

Get yourself a nice weighted jump rope and have at it. Be sure to wear some shoes with good cushioning.
